Workouts

  • We have included body weight workouts here for you to incorporate into your weekly training regime. These workouts are basic Base Fit sessions designed to strengthen and balance your core while giving you a functional full body workout without the use of weights.
  • You will also find our Foundational Fitness Programs here where you can complete a short course in fitness from strength, weight loss, flexibility, endurance, balance, lifestyle fitness, mobility and mindset
